Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance in India seeks a Branch Manager for Open Market to drive the health agency business from the Bhopal branch. You will recruit, activate and manage agency partners, monitor productivity, and push renewals while achieving revenue targets.

You will lead 6 to 8 Agency Managers, design regional plans and align strategies with the Retail Business Group to deliver sustained growth in the West region.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any field.
• Experience in sales or agency channel is preferred.

• Driving renewals as per target.
• Branch Manager will be responsible for handling 6 to 8 Agency Managers.
