Job summary

Adani Energy Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced leader to head Operations & Maintenance and Customer Service for large-scale District Cooling projects. You will drive safety, reliability, and service quality across multiple cooling assets and sites in Gujarat.

You will oversee O&M strategy, vendor relations, and project execution from design through commissioning, ensuring operational readiness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in O&M, utilities, HVAC, District Cooling, MEP, or industrial infrastructure.
• Strong exposure to Testing & Commissioning (T&C), Plant Operations, Maintenance Strategy, and Asset Reliability.
• Experience managing utility systems, chillers, cooling plants, HVAC infrastructure, or centralized utility operations.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, OEM, and contractor management experience.
• Proven leadership in driving safety, quality, operational efficiency, and customer-focused service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
