Job summary

Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) seeks a seasoned leader to head Operations & Maintenance and Customer Service for its District Cooling System assets. You will drive safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations, and oversee performance across HVAC infrastructure and district cooling networks.

You will develop O&M strategies, optimize budgets, and collaborate with OEMs and contractors to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction across large-scale cooling projects.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance within District Cooling, Utilities, HVAC, MEP, Industrial Infrastructure, or similar sectors.
• Strong expertise in Testing & Commissioning (T&C), Plant Operations, Maintenance Planning, Asset Reliability, and Operational Excellence.
• Hands-on experience managing centralized utility systems, chillers, cooling plants, HVAC infrastructure, or district cooling networks.
• Strong exposure to customer service management and service delivery in utility or infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience in vendor, OEM, contractor, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving safety, quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations & Maintenance and Customer Service activities across District Cooling System assets.
• Develop and implement O&M strategies, processes, and best practices to enhance operational performance and customer experience.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of cooling plants, utility networks, HVAC systems, and associated infrastructure.
• Drive plant reliability, maintenance excellence, quality standards, and service delivery performance.
• Support projects through design review, testing & commissioning, operational readiness, handover, and stabilization phases.
• Manage relationships with OEMs, contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure high performance and compliance.
• Monitor engineering and maintenance budgets while identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, project teams, and site operations to achieve business objectives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to plant performance, energy efficiency, uptime, safety, and customer service.

About the Role

Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) is expanding its District Cooling System (DCS) business and is seeking an experienced professional to lead Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Customer Service functions for large-scale cooling utility projects.

The role will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of district cooling assets while driving operational excellence, asset reliability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across utilities and cooling infrastructure.
