Job summary

Fruit Formulations Private Limited (FruitFM) is seeking a Manager – NPD, Application & Product Development to turn customer briefs into well-performing, manufacturable food products. Based in Jejuri (Pune), the role is full-time and on-site, reporting to the CEO.

• Assess product costing, manufacturing feasibility and scale-up requirements.
• Support customer applications and technical discussions, with visits as required.

What we’re looking for

• A qualification in Food Technology, Food Science or a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of hands‑on NPD or application development experience.
• Practical experience in formulation, plant trials, scale‑up and customer applications.
• Clear communication, sound technical judgement and strong coordination skills.
