Roles & Responsibilities

This is an exciting time in TransUnion CIBIL. With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau. The role will support and advice the Company management on all legal aspects of governance. S/he will be responsible for managing all regulatory and contracts related matters in order to maximize/ obtain favorable results as well as minimize the negative effects on the business. The role demands expert and/or relevant working experience on KYC/AML rules and regulations as also expert knowledge around Digital lending / onboarding and legal aspects related to Fraud identification and control. The associate will also need to advice management on various complex legal structuring and advisory matters.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
