Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Manager of the MNR team to lead loss prevention initiatives and protect the organization from financial losses through data-driven insights.

You will develop and execute strategies across MNR and RNR domains, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with Contact Centre, Carrier Claims, DRM, DC teams and third-party vendors to strengthen controls and drive risk mitigation.

You Will Be

As the Manager of the MNR team, you will lead a dynamic group dedicated to protecting the organization from financial losses through strategic loss prevention and data driven insights. In this role, you will develop and execute effective loss prevention strategies across the MNR and RNR domains, oversee daily operations, and leverage analytics to identify trends, reduce risks, and strengthen preventive measures. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - such as the Contact Centre, Carrier Claims, DRM, and DC teams as well as third-party vendors to drive risk mitigation and enhance overall operational security.

What You Will Do

• Lead and Strategize: Provide direction to the MNR/RNR team by developing and executing comprehensive strategies to minimize financial losses across MNR and RNR operations.
• Drive Data-Driven Prevention: Utilize advanced analytics and reporting to identify trends, detect anomalies, and implement preventive measures that mitigate risks of internal and external fraud.
• Collaborate and Strengthen Controls: Partner with cross-functional teams—such as Contact Centre, Carrier Claims, DRM, and DC teams—and third-party vendors to embed loss prevention practices into business processes, enhance operational controls, and align initiatives with broader organizational goals.
• Manage & Optimize Daily Operations: Steer daily loss prevention operations by establishing robust governance frameworks, optimizing escalation pathways, and ensuring high-quality, efficient resolution of complex risk incidents.
