Job summary

Gokaldas Exports Limited in Bengaluru, India, is seeking an Executive to Manager - Merchandising to lead end-to-end merchandising for key international buyer accounts from development to shipment.

You will manage negotiations, costing, capacity planning, and order execution, build strong buyer relationships, mentor a merchandising team, and collaborate across functions to ensure on-time deliveries and profitability.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Textile/Apparel Technology.
• 9-12 years experience with apparel export companies, proven people management experience.
• Experience handling international buyer accounts with PD background.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Graduate in Textile/Apparel Technology.
• 9-12 years of experience with apparel export companies, Proven people management experience
• Prior apparel export-house experience managing international buyer accounts with PD background.
• Sportswear merchandising experience is preferred.
• Experience handling both Knit & Woven categories is preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Good system knowledge and system savvy approach.
• Exposure to relevant systems/tools, particularly PLM.
• Good Analytical Thinking and deadline oriented.
• Critical thinking system oriented.
• Sportswear / Performance Apparel experience is preferred across levels.
