Gokaldas Exports Limited in Bengaluru seeks an Executive - Assistant Manager - Merchandising to drive the complete merchandising cycle from product development to shipment for international buyers.

You will independently manage buyer accounts, including costing, order execution and delivery, and coordinate with sourcing, production, quality, planning and logistics to ensure timely delivery while meeting quality and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate in Textile/Apparel Technology.
• 6–8 years of experience with apparel export.
• Experience with international buyer accounts and PD background.
• Sportswear merchandising experience preferred.
• Experience handling Knit & Woven categories preferred.

• Coordinate with sourcing, production, quality, planning, and logistics teams for timely execution.
• Monitor T&A calendars and ensure on-time shipment while meeting quality and compliance standards.
• Build strong relationships with buyers and support business growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of Merchandisers/Assistant Merchandisers.
• Drive process improvements to achieve delivery, quality, and commercial objectives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Graduate in Textile/Apparel Technology.
• 6–8 years of experience with apparel export companies.
• Prior apparel export-house experience managing international buyer accounts with PD Background.
• Sportswear merchandising experience is preferred.
• Experience handling both Knit & Woven categories is preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Good system knowledge and system savvy approach.
• Exposure to relevant systems/tools, particularly PLM.
• Good Analytical Thinking and deadline oriented.
• Critical thinking system oriented.
• Sportswear / Performance Apparel experience is preferred across levels
