Job summary

The House of Abhinandan Lodha is seeking an experienced MEP Contracts Manager in Mumbai to lead contractual execution for large residential and commercial developments.

You will oversee tendering, negotiations, and award of MEP packages, ensure GCC/SCC compliance, manage variations and claims, and coordinate with QS, procurement, and engineering teams to achieve timely project closures with cost discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in MEP Contracts or Commercial Management.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or large-scale real estate developments.
• Knowledge of MEP tendering, contract administration, procurement, and cost management.
• Understanding of GCC, SCC, BOQ, variations, and claims management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP contracts across residential and commercial real estate projects.
