The House of Abhinandan Lodha is seeking a seasoned Contracts & Procurement Manager in Mumbai to lead end-to-end contract lifecycle activities. You will oversee tendering, RFPs, vendor evaluation, and agreement drafting, ensuring timely execution and optimal cost performance.

The role requires strong negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination with civil construction teams to align with project timelines and regulatory compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including tendering, contract formulation, award, administration, and closure.
• Prepare RFPs, evaluate quotations, validate pricing, and recommend vendors and contractors.
• Identify, evaluate, and empanel contractors and vendors based on technical and commercial requirements.
• Draft agreements, standardize GCC/SCC documents, and issue work orders and purchase orders.
• Negotiate commercial terms with vendors and contractors to ensure cost optimization.
• Monitor contractual compliance, statutory requirements, material delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Manage contractual claims, variations, extra works, billing, and material reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Project, Design, and Finance teams for contract execution and timely processing of bills.
• Maintain vendor performance records, rate sheets, MIS, and contract-related documentation.
• Drive process improvements, cost efficiencies, and adherence to organizational policies and project timelines.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Contracts & Procurement within the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of tendering, contract administration, vendor management, and pricing.
• Knowledge of construction materials, project requirements, and contractual documentation.
• Strong negotiation, commercial evaluation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with GCC, SCC, work orders, purchase orders, and statutory compliance.
