Job summary

PSP Projects Limited in India seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead end-to-end management of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire and safety systems for large real estate projects.

You will plan detailed MEP schedules, coordinate design, procurement and site execution, monitor progress, manage budgets, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 12–15 years of proven MEP management in large-scale real estate projects.
• Strong technical knowledge across all MEP disciplines from conceptual design to commissioning.
• Hands-on experience with design coordination, procurement, and site execution of mechanical, electrical (HT/LT), HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, security, and access control systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and vendors.
• Sound understanding of financial concepts related to project budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of MEP services, including design, procurement, site execution, testing, commissioning, and project closeout for HT/LT electrical installations, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, security, and access control systems.
• Develop, plan, and monitor detailed MEP schedules to optimize time and resources for large building and township projects.

• Leadthe end to end management of MEP services, including design, procurement,site execution, testing, commissioning, and project closeout for HT/LTelectrical installations (HV/LV systems), HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting,security, and access control systems.
• Develop,plan, and monitor detailed MEP schedules, ensuring optimal allocation oftime and resources for large building and township projects.
• Maintaina schedule of submissions and responses, for approvals, inspections,variations, etc.
• Preparation of Subcontractors payments andrecording / monitoring of all MEP works.
• Coordinateeffectively with consultants, agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensuresmooth and timely execution of all MEP-related works.
• Overseequality control and ensure adherence to industry standards and companyquality systems while managing costs and project timelines efficiently.
• Drivevalue engineering initiatives and optimize resource utilization tomaximize project profitability.
• Monitorproject progress, identify risks and challenges, and implement correctiveactions proactively.
• Manageproject budgets with a strong grasp of financial principles and projectfinancing.
• Co-ordinationwith Suppliers, Client, Purchase, Outsourcing, QA/QC, vendors, Consultant& Contractors.
• Fostera collaborative environment that ensures all MEP works comply with safetyand regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’sdegree in electrical or mechanical engineering from a reputed institution.
• 12-15years of proven experience managing MEP services in large-scale realestate projects, including commercial, residential, retail, and IT parks.
• Strongtechnical knowledge across all MEP disciplines from conceptual design tocommissioning.
• Hands-onexperience with design coordination, procurement, and site execution ofmechanical, electrical (HT/LT), HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, security,and access control systems.
• Demonstratedexpertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Excellentleadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability tocoordinate multiple teams and vendors.
