Job summary

PSP Projects Ltd. is seeking a qualified Manager - MEP for Gujarat to lead end-to-end MEP services across HT/LT electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, security and access control systems on large-building projects.

You will coordinate design, procurement, and site execution with multiple teams. The ideal candidate holds a B.E./B.Tech in electrical or mechanical engineering with 12-15 years of proven experience in real estate projects, excellent leadership, planning, and cost-control skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from a reputed institution.
• 12-15 years of proven experience managing MEP services in large-scale real estate projects.
• Strong technical knowledge across all MEP disciplines from conceptual design to commissioning.
• Hands-on experience with design coordination, procurement, and site execution of HT/LT electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, security, and access control systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and vendors.
• Sound understanding of financial concepts related to project budgeting and cost control.
• Preferred: experience in MEP design and design review; value engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of MEP services, including design, procurement, site execution, testing, commissioning, and project closeout for HT/LT electrical installations, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, security, and access control systems.
• Develop, plan, and monitor detailed MEP schedules for large building and township projects.
• Maintain a schedule of submissions and responses for approvals, inspections, variations, etc.
• Prepare subcontractors payments and record/monitor all MEP works.
• Coordinate with consultants, agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth and timely execution of all MEP-related works.
• Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to industry standards and company quality systems while managing costs and timelines.
• Drive value engineering initiatives and optimize resource utilization to maximize project profitability.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and challenges, and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Manage project budgets with a strong grasp of financial principles and project financing.
• Coordinate with Suppliers, Client, Purchase, Outsourcing, QA/QC, vendors, Consultants & Contractors.
• Foster a collaborative environment that ensures MEP works comply with safety and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and vendors.
• Sound understanding of financial concepts related to project budgeting and cost control. Preferred Attributes
