Job summary

Radio City Mumbai is seeking an experienced Event Manager to develop cost-effective activation strategies and innovative concepts. You will plan, budget, and execute BTL, MICE, exhibitions, and rural marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and engage diverse audiences across India.

Lead end-to-end event execution including logistics, production, and on-site operations; manage vendors, venues, negotiations and contracts to optimize costs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in event budgeting and cost control.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of events, activations, and experiential marketing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver post-event reports, insights, and recommendations.
