Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies, plans, and budgets across digital marketing, advertising, events, communications, and creatives.
• Lead content strategy and development including website content, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, and marketing collateral.
• Drive organic and paid campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
• Own website growth, SEO, backlinks, traffic, conversions, and overall digital performance.
• Track and report marketing KPIs and KRAs to senior management, including leads, website performance, social media engagement, and campaign ROI.
• Plan and oversee events, trade fairs, webinars, exhibitions, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key business stakeholders.
• Identify new market segments and opportunities to increase market presence and market share.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, new products, partnerships, and acquisitions.
• Work with leadership to build a strong marketing culture across the organization.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team and manage external agencies/vendors.
