Job Description

The Manager of Machine Maintenance for the Solar Plant is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all machinery and equipment used in the solar energy generation process. This role involves managing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that all preventive and corrective maintenance is performed efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize production reliability. The manager will also lead initiatives to improve machinery performance, implement best practices in maintenance processes, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Develop and implement maintenance strategies for all solar plant machinery and equipment.
• 2. Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff in daily operations to ensure efficient performance of machinery.
