Job summary

Wipro in Pune is seeking a Manager – UK Life and Pension to lead the Life and Pension Retirements insurance process in a non-voice capacity. The role requires a graduate and 10+ years of BPO insurance experience.

You will manage a large team, ensure SLA adherence across UK shift hours (2-11pm), coach staff, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain quality and compliance.

Position Overview

The Manager role is a non-voice position within the insurance process, specifically Life and Pension Retirements. Candidates must be flexible to work in any shift and hold a graduate degree in any stream.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline
• 10+ years of experience, primarily in BPO insurance (Life and Pension Retirements)
• Must have a team of 80+ associates
• Relevant certifications: CF1, FA1, FA2 (one or more)
• Intrusted to work from office 5 days in week in UK Shift(2-11pm)
• Job Location: Pune
