Responsibilities

• Lead Operations and Service delivery for projects within Insurance BPO specifically in Life and Annuities domain.
• Understand Customer requirements and build teams performance and Process.
• Set actionable goals for the Team and devise incentives driving improved performance.
• Make all necessary day to day decisions affecting the Team and work.
• Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service.
• Management of strategic projects within Operations.
• Work closely with strategic initiatives to ensure success of implementation in Operations.
• Ensure Compliance and controllership.
• Drive periodic process review meetings and drive actionable improvements.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
• Build domain expertise through End-to-End Framework.

This is a significant leadership position within Operations. The role requires an experienced Manager who possesses strong technical skills, great energy and enthusiasm, has the ability to influence people at all levels of the organization, and has demonstrated the ability to execute large, cross-functional projects in a challenging environment and has led large teams.

Roles and responsibilities

• 10 years plus experience of Lead Operations and Service delivery for projects within Insurance BPO specifically in Life and Annuities domain
