Job summary

Vellstone is seeking a Legal Manager to lead the legal function for its NBFC/Fintech and P2P lending operations. The role covers risk management, regulatory compliance and corporate governance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will coordinate with executives and external counsel to drive M&A, strategic ventures and funding efforts while ensuring robust contract drafting and dispute resolution processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in legal and secretarial roles, preferably in NBFC/Fintech/P2P lending.
• Strong knowledge of RBI, MCA, and SEBI regulations for NBFCs/Fintechs.
• Expertise in corporate governance and secretarial compliance.
• Proven leadership and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
