Job summary

Sipra Systems is seeking a Project Manager – Land Acquisition with extensive experience to lead acquisition for infrastructure projects. You will coordinate with government authorities, clients, and consultants, ensuring timely progress and compliance with regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple site visits and reporting for management and clients. Travel for site visits is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Law, Planning or related field.
• Master's degree will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage land acquisition activities for infrastructure and engineering projects.
• Coordinate with government departments, revenue authorities, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Plan, monitor, and ensure timely completion of land acquisition activities.
• Review land records, survey reports, and acquisition documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, government regulations, and project requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and progress reporting.
• Resolve land-related issues and facilitate approvals from relevant authorities.
• Lead and supervise the land acquisition team to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct client meetings, project review meetings, and site visits as required.
• Prepare and submit project status reports to management and clients.

Position

Qualification

Experience

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in land acquisition, infrastructure, railway, highway, metro, or government projects.
• Experience in coordinating with government authorities and stakeholders is preferred.
