Job summary

Rodic Consultants is seeking an experienced professional for land acquisition liaison roles related to Railway and Highway infrastructure projects. The candidate should have a strong track record in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing land acquisition processes.

The role requires significant experience in liaisoning, regulatory compliance, and enabling project delivery through authorized agencies. Prior exposure to BOT projects and government departments is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 7+ years of overall experience.
• Minimum 5 years land acquisition experience for Railway/Highway projects as liaisoning manager for a Construction BOT Agency.
• Alternatively 3+ years in State Government Administration/ revenue Department handling land acquisition for infrastructure projects.
