Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking a Manager IT Projects to lead end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives, aligning tech work with business goals and delivering on time and within budget. The role oversees ERP, Retail POS, CRM, mobile and web apps, integrations, digital transformation, automation, and policy governance.

You will manage cross-functional teams and external partners to drive efficiency and innovation. Ideal candidates have extensive IT project management experience in retail or enterprise

Qualifications

• Total 8+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in retail, ERP, or enterprise application environments.

• Ensure technology initiatives are aligned with business objectives and delivered on time, within budget and quality standards.

The Manager IT Projects is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects

Ensuring that technology initiatives are aligned with business objectives and delivered within defined timelines, budgets, quality standards, and governance requirements. The role

provides strategic and operational leadership across IT project planning, execution, stakeholder

management, technology implementation, risk management, and project governance.

The position will oversee major technology initiatives including ERP, Retail POS, CRM, mobile

applications, web applications, system integrations, digital transformation, automation, and process

improvement projects. The role will lead cross-functional teams, manage external technology partners

and vendors, drive effective project governance, and identify opportunities to leverage emerging

technologies such as AI and automation to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

Total 8+ years of professional experience.

• Minimum 35 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in retail, ERP, or enterprise application environments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in ERP systems, Retail POS, CRM, Mobile Applications, Web Applications, and Enterprise System Integrations.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management.
• Experience managing external vendors, implementation partners, and technology consultants.
