Job summary

Fynd is seeking an IT procurement specialist to identify and evaluate vendors for IT products and services in Mumbai, and to manage supplier relationships to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery. The role focuses on aligning procurement with company policies and overall business needs.

You will oversee negotiations, end-to-end procurement processes, and ongoing supplier performance reviews while staying current with market trends in IT procurement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential vendors for IT products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with IT vendors to secure advantageous agreements.
• Optimise costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Procurement Process: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for IT goods and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand IT requirements and align procurement strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure all IT procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
• Stay updated on market trends and changes in IT procurement laws and practices.
• Reviews: Analyzing and evaluating supplier performance and cost analysis.
• Managing daily, monthly and quarterly reports as requested from time to time.
