Your Role (summary)

The IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure, with a focus on cloud management, vendor management, and IT administration. This role requires a strategic thinker with leadership skills and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure technologies.

You will be responsible for:

• Cloud Management:
  • Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all cloud- based systems.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet business needs.
• Vendor Management:
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• IT Administration:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
  • Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations.

• Technical Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization technologies.
  • Proficiency in cloud computing platforms and services.

The experience you bring (Educational Qualification/Experience):

• Bachelors degree in information security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field or a Diploma in Engineering in Information technology or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in information technology infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proven experience in managing IT vendors and negotiating contracts.
• Experience in the asset management or financial services industry is preferred.

Certification/s (role based):

Relevant certifications for AWS, Azure and Microsoft technologies are preferred.
