Job summary

KSB US is seeking a senior operations auditor in Pimpri, Maharashtra. The role is a self-contributor position focused on conducting operational audits and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency across manufacturing, quality, procurement, inventory, and supply chain.

You will drive process discipline, implement automation opportunities, and benchmark industry best practices. Candidates should have hands-on SAP S/4 HANA experience and a strong track record in cross-functional process

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Hands-on experience in driving digitalization and automation of tasks and processes.
• Experience in business process reviews preferred.
• This is a self-contributor role.
• Drive a culture of process discipline and continuous improvement.
• Benchmark industry best practices in manufacturing, procurement and quality management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational audits across manufacturing, quality, procurement and supply chain.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and control gaps in processes.
• Recommend process simplification, standardization and automation opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and support functions.
