Job summary

Shubhashray Housing India is seeking an exceptional Interior Project Manager / Finishing Manager to take ownership of interior fit-outs and finishing works for clubhouses and common spaces across upcoming projects.

You will coordinate between architects, vendors, and on-site contractors to execute the architect’s vision with flawless finesse, manage turnkey interiors and finishing projects, secure the best possible rates, and deliver strictly within timelines.

Qualifications

• High standards for civil finishing works and visual finesse in residential/commercial spaces.
• Technical curiosity; ability to evaluate materials, AutoCAD drawings and finishes.
• Highly organized; manage vendor data, spreadsheets and sample tracking.
• On-the-ground executor; willing to be on-site at Gurugram HQ and project sites.
• High integrity, analytical clarity and direct communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee interior finishing works and snagging on-site across Neemrana, Jaipur and Bhiwadi with uncompromising quality and safety.
• Coordinate architects and vendors; lead contract management to avoid delays.
• Lead procurement of premium finishes and evaluate samples for budget and aesthetics.
• Build and maintain vendor BOQs and pricing histories; manage physical sample libraries.
• Negotiate best rates while maintaining project tracking and integrity.

About the Role

We are hiring an exceptional driven, detail-obsessed Interior Project Manager / Finishing Manager to take complete ownership of the interior fit-outs and finishing works for clubhouses and common spaces across our upcoming projects. You will act as the central coordinating arm between our architects, vendors, and on-site contractors. Your mandate is clear: execute the architect’s vision with flawless finesse, manage turnkey interiors and finishing projects, secure the best possible rates, and deliver strictly within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Flawless On-Site Execution: Personally oversee every step of the interior finishing works and snagging on-site across Neemrana, Jaipur, and Bhiwadi to ensure zero compromise on quality control and safety standards.
• Architect & Vendor Coordination: Bridge the gap between design and execution. Lead rigorous vendor coordination and contract management to ensure contractors execute interior fit-outs without dilution or delays.
• Material Intelligence & Procurement: Stay ahead of the curve on the latest interior trends and materials. Lead the procurement of premium finishes, continuously evaluating samples for budget and aesthetic alignment.
• Organized Data & Budgeting: Build and maintain a structured database of vendor lists, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and pricing histories. Manage physical sample libraries for strict site inspections.
• Commercial Management: Negotiate fiercely for the best possible rates while maintaining high standards of integrity, material depth, and accurate project tracking.

• You are an on-the-ground executor—comfortable working out of the Gurugram HO, but willing to be on-site to drive progress and solve bottlenecks.
