Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking personnel for a leading elevator and escalator manufacturer in Mumbai. The role focuses on coordinating installation activities from order confirmation to handover, ensuring cost, time, and technical specifications are met, and maintaining strict safety standards on site.

Responsibilities include liaising with Sales post-orders, obtaining timely approvals, coordinating contractors, and ensuring thorough documentation for HO and client handover.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate installation activities from order confirmation to handover per cost, time, specs and drawings.
• Coordinate with Sales after orders for client meetings and scope of work for lift installation.
• Ensure timely GAD approval.
• Ensure COB I & II are cleared before material dispatch.
• Arrange contractors at approved rates from HO before material leaves HO to branch.
• Submit MRIR to HO within 48 hours of material receipt at site.
• Perform stage-wise QC for installation work.
• Ensure safety of materials and workers at site.
• Submit documents to HO for permissions and PWD inspection completion.
• Handover lifts to maintenance and then to client on time.

Apart from new elevator installation, the company also specializes in modernization of existing and old systems by providing consultancy services, technical audit & inspection, repair and replacement of the worn-out parts, as well as technology up-gradation.

Job Responsibilities: _

• Responsible for all activities of installation right from from order confirmation to handing over of all the projects as per the estimated cost, time, technical specifications and drawings.
• Co-ordinate with Sales department after new orders, for client meeting and make them aware about scope of work req for lift installation.
• Responsible for the timely GAD approval.
• Make sure before material dispatch COB I & II should be clear.
• Responsible for arrangement of Contractor in approved rate from Ho before material leave from HO to Branch
• Ensure after receive of material at site within 48 Hrs MRIR report to be send HO.
• Ensure stage wise QC to be done of installation work.
• Ensure safety of material & workers at site.
• Ensure timely Submission of Documents to HO for permission & completion of PWD Inspection.
• Responsible for the timely handover of lifts to maintenance and then to client.
