Job summary

Schneider Electric in Vadodara, India is seeking a Project Manager to oversee customer projects from award to handover, ensuring delivery of quality, on time and within cost. You will lead the PM team and coordinate with Tendering, Finance, Production and Supply Chain.

You will organize activities, create training plans with HRBP, manage department load, drive performance dashboards, and establish key stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading PM teams on complex customer projects.
  • Strong ability to drive project outcomes in quality, time and cost.
  • Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the PM team and ensure Schneider ETO PM practices are followed.
  • Organize and adapt PM activities based on project load and complexity.
  • Create training plans with HRBP and manage department load/capacity.
  • Drive performance indicators and productivity improvements across the team.

Job description

Mission: ØManage customer projects at execution phase from contract award till closing and handing over to Service..

Key Responsibilities: ØAnimate the PM team to ensure Schneider ETO Project Management practices are implemented and understood.

ØLead the team in achieving Project objectives in terms of Quality, Time and Cost.

ØEnsure clear and concise communication from the team to external and internal contacts.

Main Activities: ØOrganize and adapt the Project Management activity according to the load, project complexity and required skills, competencies and versatilities.

ØCreate training plans for the team in coordination with HRBP.

ØManage the load /capacity of the department.

ØAnimate the Team through visual SIM process: follow and animate performance indicators.

ØEnsure continuous improvement by defining productivity targets and action plans.

ØManage the budget of the department.

ØEnsure coordination with the other unit’s departments (Tendering, Finance, production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Purchasing)

ØEstablish execution management level relationships with relevant key business stakeholders (FO/GCP).

ØEstablish key relationships with Front Offices and Execution Centres.

ØCoordinate configuration tools updates with central teams and coordinate with the Key Users in the team.

ØEnsure all actors are aware of the Front-End Schneider Production System processes and the Customer Project Process.
