Job summary

Xylem sucht eine/n Accounts Payable Manager am Standort Vadodara, um die Abrechnungs- und Forderungsprozesse des Unternehmens zu steuern. Sie setzen Ziele, überwachen die Invoice-Verarbeitung, sichern pünktliche Zahlungen und liefern Berichte für das Management.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder Betriebswirtschaft mit 14+ Jahren Berufserfahrung.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung als Manager oder vergleichbar.
• Kenntnisse in Buchhaltungssoftware (Coupa, SAP) und Prozessoptimierung.

Responsibilities

• Führung des Accounts-Payable-Teams und Abstimmung mit Unternehmenszielen.
• Monatliche/quartalsweise Forecasting-Berichte erstellen.
• Prozesse optimieren, Fristen einhalten und gesetzliche Vorgaben beachten.

This role involves setting objectives for the team, monitoring invoice processing, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining high quality invoicing and collection procedures. The manager will also conduct credit checks, negotiate with clients in non payment cases, and prepare financial forecasts and reports.Responsibilities: Process Leadership: • Set objectives for the accounts payable team that align with the accounting department’s goals and compliance with internal controls. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc forecasting reports Process Optimization: • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. • Ensure high quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law. • Stay updated on industry and legislative changes.
