Job summary

Xylem sucht in Bengaluru im hybriden Modell eine/n P2P Customer Support Analyst. Sie bearbeiten globale P2P-Anfragen über Coupa und SAP S/4HANA und unterstützen End-to-End-P2P-Prozesse. Qualifications

• Bachelor-Abschluss in Handel, Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder Sprachen.
• 1–4 Jahre Erfahrung im Accounts Payable.
• Praktische Erfahrung mit Coupa S2P und SAP S/4HANA.
• Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Erstlinien-Support für globale P2P-Anfragen über Coupa und SAP S/4HANA.
• Tickets zu Bestellungen, Rechnungen und Zahlungen innerhalb SLA bearbeiten.
• End-to-End-P2P-Prozesse unterstützen; korrekten Transaktionsfluss sicherstellen.
• Rechnungsdifferenzen, gesperrte Rechnungen und Zahlungsprobleme bearbeiten.
• Integrationsthemen zwischen Coupa und SAP beheben oder eskalieren.
• Lieferanten beim Onboarding, Rechnungsübermittlung und Anfragen über das Coupa Supplier Portal unterstützen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Vendor Master Data Teams für korrekte Lieferantendaten.
• Einhaltung interner Kontrollen, Richtlinien und Audit-Anforderungen sicherstellen.
• KPIs überwachen und Service-Delivery berichten; Root-Cause-Analysen durchführen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Beschaffung, Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Treasury und IT.
