This role involves setting objectives for the team, monitoring invoice processing, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining high quality invoicing and collection procedures. The manager will also conduct credit checks, negotiate with clients in non payment cases, and prepare financial forecasts and reports.Responsibilities: Process Leadership: • Set objectives for the accounts payable team that align with the accounting department’s goals and compliance with internal controls. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc forecasting reports Process Optimization: • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. • Ensure high quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law. • Stay updated on industry and legislative changes. Stakeholder Management: • Lead operation calls with internal stakeholders, discuss dependency, improve the process c Timely Payments: • Ensure invoices are processed promptly, and payments are made on schedule.
