Qualifications

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Rechnungssoftware (S4 Hana, Coupa) und in Excel für Datenanalysen.

Responsibilities

• Teamführung und tägliche AP-End-to-End-Prozesse überwachen.
• Prozessverbesserungen identifizieren, Workflows optimieren.
• Lieferantenbeziehungen pflegen, Zahlungsbedingungen aushandeln, pünktliche Zahlungen sicherstellen.
• Berichterstattung an das Management mit KPIs und Einsichten.
