MEIL is seeking an Executive HR & Industrial Relations to support HR operations and industrial relations across renewable energy and infrastructure project sites in Andhra Pradesh.

The role involves maintaining records, coordinating attendance and payroll inputs, policy implementation, and site workforce planning with regular plant visits. Experience in construction/renewable energy projects is preferred.

Competenze

• MBA/PGDM/MSW/MHRM or equivalent in HR.
• 2+ years of HR and IR experience.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC, renewable energy projects preferred.
• Ability to manage site-level HR and IR operations.

Job Summary

MEIL is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Executive HR & Industrial Relations to support HR operations and industrial relations across our renewable energy and infrastructure project sites in Andhra Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and District level manpower dashboards with accuracy.
• Coordinate attendance management, leave administration, and payroll inputs.
• Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and organizational initiatives across project sites.
• Monitor manpower deployment and support workforce planning at site locations.
• Regular day and night visits to Solar Plants for all prescribed checks ( at least 10 plants in a month)

Industrial Relations & Compliance

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary proceedings, and domestic enquiries in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies. Manage contract labour compliance, statutory documentation, and contractor records.
• Liaise with labour authorities, government departments, and other external agencies as required.

Qualification

• MBA (HR), MSW (HR), MHRM, PGDM (HR), or an equivalent postgraduate qualification in Human Resources.

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in HR & Industrial Relations.
• Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Renewable Energy, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Project-based organizations is preferred.

Experience in managing large project-site workforces will be an added advantage.
