Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Management:Drive end-to-end recruitment, sourcing skilled mining personnel, managing turnover, and conducting onboarding for site/corporate staff.
• Compliance & Labor Laws:Ensure strict adherence to statutory regulations (ESI, PF, labor laws, safety compliance, and mining-specific rules).
• Employee Relations:Manage on-site grievances, foster a positive, inclusive culture, and handle employee welfare in remote or camp settings.
• Performance & Training:Implement performance appraisal systems and design training programs to enhance productivity and safety.
• Payroll & Administration:Oversee payroll, attendance, leave records, and benefits administration.
• Strategic Planning:Develop HR strategies aligned with company goals and mining operational requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience:3–5+ years of HR experience, preferably in mining, manufacturing, or industrial, heavy-industry sectors.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office.
