Job summary

VM Placement Solutions seeks a seasoned QA professional with 10-15 years in fastener QA for automotive OEMs such as MSIL, MG Motor and Yamaha. You will bring hands-on expertise in cold forging, thread rolling, tapping, heat treatment, plating, machining and fasteners testing.

Responsibilities include supplier audits, final inspection, and addressing OEM supplier issues. Experience with eddy current and auto optical inspection is preferred to ensure product quality across T1 supply chain.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in QA for fasteners in automotive OEMs (MSIL, MG Motors, Yamaha).
• Hands-on with cold forging, thread rolling, tapping, heat treatment, plating, machining and fasteners testing.

Responsibilities

• Supplier audits and final inspection (manual).
• Perform eddy current testing and automated optical inspection as required.
• Handle customer concerns from OEMs and thier T1 suppliers.

Job description
