Job summary

Jobitus in Mumbai seeks a capable Project Lead to drive end-to-end restaurant project development, ensuring timely store openings, strict budget control, quality standards, and compliance with statutory requirements in line with expansion objectives.

You will coordinate design and technical aspects across civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, façade, and other critical works, while overseeing leases, licenses, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Manage project timelines, new store openings, execution, and timely completion.
• Design & Technical Coordination: Oversee layouts, civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, façade, and other technical requirements.
• Budget & Cost Management: Prepare project budgets, monitor expenditure, negotiate costs, and ensure budget adherence.
• Vendor & Site Management: Manage contractors, vendor selection, work allocation, site progress, quality, and equipment installation.
• Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead the Projects team and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Leasing & Documentation: Oversee lease documentation, landlord coordination, lease renewals, and compliance with lease terms.
• Licensing & Compliance: Ensure timely completion and renewal of applicable licences, statutory approvals, registrations, and regulatory requirements.
• Asset Management & Handover: Monitor asset procurement, movement, installation, commissioning, and complete handover to Operations.
• MIS & Reporting: Maintain project dashboards and report progress, budgets, risks, delays, and performance to senior management.
