The Kraft Heinz Company in Ahmedabad seeks a Distributor Logistics Manager to lead the regional distributor logistics team and ensure seamless order execution across B2B channels.

You will coordinate with production planning, supply chain, and distributors to maintain product availability, drive OTC compliance, and optimize service levels (CFR & OTIF) through SAP-based visibility and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in distributor logistics or similar roles.
• Understanding of B2B portals and OTC processes.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple functions and teams.
• Proficiency with SAP and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Distributors place orders on B2B portal on time with correct requirements.
• Manage full OTC process and compliance.
• Ensure product availability as per agreed timelines to meet service delivery.
• Act as bridge between production planners, control tower, demand planning and distributors to fulfill customer demand.
• Supervise distributor logistics team for a growing region.
• Ensure great customer experience and service quality.
• Lead SOD review meetings, customer claims management, NPD/RIRO management, CS/CL meetings.

Distributor Logistics Manager

Job Purpose

Leads the Distributor Logistics team for one of the growing region, ensuring smooth Coordination with Business units and Distributors across the regions. Translates demand signals/orders into the B2B to SAP systems to provide visibility on Orders, Volume, Values to Factories/Co packers for production Plans, create transparent visibility for orders/stock availabilities to Business and Distributors and come up with contingency plans to meet Distributor requirements, extend help to supply Planners not only to drives resolution for short-term supply risks but come up with RCA to avoid risk for the future. This role is also responsible for ensuring the market operating strategies are set and aligned across all S&OP leads within markets, and serves as the link between the production planning team, BUs & Distributors to ensure product availability at the right location at the right time to maximize service (CFR & OTIF). Responsible for the full order cycle, Distributor claims and overall Business Experience. This role will be responsible for driving continuous improvements in processes and take most out of the available tools (ex: SAP,B2B)

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Ensure Distributors Placing orders on B2B portal without any difficulties on time with correct requirements
• Manage full OTC Process and compliance
• Ensure product availability to them as per the agreed timeline to meet service delivery
• Acts as a bridge between production planners, Control tower team, Demand Planning team and Distributors in full filling customer demand and orders
• Supervise Distributor logistics team for one of the Growing region
• Ensure great Customer Experience
• Lead SOD review meetings, Customer Claims Management, NPD/RIRO Management, CS/CL meetings etc.
