Responsibilities

• Production planning and finite scheduling with plant teams to meet inventory, service and cost objectives.
• Manage finished goods inventory; highlight CFR risks and ensure CFR 98%+.
• Collaborate with BU, Plant, Demand Planning and Logistics to deliver results.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, cost optimization, and business process improvements.
• Coordinate product listing/delisting with Marketing to minimize write-offs.
• Address high-priority customer escalations promptly and own resolutions.

• Manage FG inventory, highlight risks of CFR cuts, come up with RCAs and ensure CFR of 98%+
• Highlight key issues that affect supply. Make Strong collaboration with BU, Plant team, Demand Planning and Logistics teams to effectively deliver results
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives improve processes, cost reduction ideas, supply chain cost optimization opportunities, or business process initiatives.
• Manage product listing/delisting/withdrawal in conjunction with Marketing and co-ordinate with stakeholders to have minimal write offs
• Acting swiftly on high priority issues (escalations from high priority customers) and supporting their resolution with ownership
