Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager Financial Reporting in Gurugram, India. You will lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with Ind AS and IFRS. You will manage the close process, coordinate with auditors, and drive timely disclosure and governance across the finance function.

You will mentor a team, optimize reporting processes, and partner with stakeholders to address accounting matters while maintaining high data quality and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• CA with 5-8 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, statutory reporting, and audit coordination.
• Exposure to IFRS/Ind AS reporting and financial close processes.
• Experience in a consulting, professional services, or large corporate environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS/IFRS/IGAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the financial close process and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors and drive audit deliverables to closure.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and disclosures.
• Support management and board reporting and analyze financial performance.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities in reporting.

Qualification & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, statutory reporting, and audit coordination.
• Prior exposure to statutory audits, internal audits, IFRS/Ind AS reporting, and financial close processes.
• Experience in a consulting, professional services, or large corporate environment will be preferred.
