Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate statutory and regulatory reporting.
• Independently finalize balance sheets with complete schedules and workings.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closures.
• Prepare MIS reports highlighting key insights and variances for management.
• Review accounting entries and maintain accuracy in books of accounts.
• Support process improvements to strengthen internal controls and reporting efficiency.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with statutory, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
• Independently handle balance sheet finalization with complete schedules and supporting workings.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring smooth execution and timely closure.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, highlighting key financial insights and variances for management review.
• Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy in books of accounts.
• Support process improvements to strengthen internal controls and reporting efficiency.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth financial operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory.
