Job summary

Fractal Analytics Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a Manager – Financial Reporting and Compliance Education to lead preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements under Ind AS, coordinate quarterly results, and support audits.

You will oversee related party disclosures, SEBI LODR compliance, and cross-team collaboration to ensure timely reporting. The role requires CA or semi-qualified CA with relevant post-qualification experience, strong Ind AS knowledge, and advanced Excel skills for

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 1–2 years post-qualification in financial reporting or a semi-qualified CA with 5–6 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS and its practical application in financial statements.
• Exposure to listed company compliance is preferred.
• Experience in assisting with statutory / limited review audits and dealing with audit queries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables and data management.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and meet stringent deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly results and related disclosures as per applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support the limited review and statutory audit processes by coordinating with statutory auditors and internal auditors and providing required schedules and workings.
• Prepare and maintain related party transaction schedules, disclosures and reports in compliance with Ind AS 24 and SEBI LODR requirements.
• Prepare presentations on related party transactions to be presented to audit committee on quarterly basis.
• Maintain working knowledge of Ind AS standards.
• Coordinate effectively with various other teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Use Excel proficiently for preparation of financial schedules, MIS reports, data analysis and audit workings.
• Assist in implementing and improving processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.

Experience: 1–2 years post-qualification or semi qualified chartered accountant with 5-6 years of experience

Desired Candidate Profile

• Exposure to listed company compliance and processes is preferred;
• Experience in assisting with statutory / limited review audits and dealing with audit queries;
• Familiarity with consolidation accounting and related party reporting;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables and data management;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and functions;
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet stringent deadlines;
• Knowledge of / exposure to ERP systems is an advantage;
• Detail-oriented, proactive and a strong team player.
