Qualificações

• Proficient in SAP FICO / ERP systems and MS Excel for reporting.

Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations, including Accounts Payable, Vendor Payments, Banking Operations, Reconciliation, Cash Management and Audit Documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

• Manage domestic and import vendor payments.
• Verify and process contractor wage bills and service bills.
• Prepare and review vendor ageing reports.
• Handle vendor debit balance reporting and vendor reconciliation.
• Monitor and adjust vendor advances.
• Handle M1 Exchange transactions and Hundi preparation.
• Prepare and upload payment files through bank portals.

2. Banking Operations

• Handle bank reconciliation, RTGS, remittances and fund transfers.
• Manage Bank Guarantee (BG) and Letter of Credit (LC) applications and renewals.
• Coordinate with banks for day-to-day banking transactions.

3. Cash & Advance Management

• Manage cash transactions and domestic/forex card and currency transactions.
• Monitor employee advances, settlements and tracking reports.

4. Audit & Reporting

• Prepare audit annexures, financial statements and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.

Educational Qualification

MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Banking Operations.
• Expertise in vendor payments, reconciliation, BG/LC and RTGS.
• Working knowledge of SAP FICO / ERP systems.
• Good command of MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Industry

Automotive, Auto Components, Engineering or Manufacturing industries.

Overall Experience: 16 to 18Years in Finance & Accounts.
