Walkaroo International is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts professional with strong exposure to the manufacturing industry, SAP, MIS reporting and financial statement preparation. The ideal candidate will manage finance activities independently and drive accurate financial reporting.

The role emphasizes IFRS/IND AS compliant accounting, data-driven insights for management, and leadership of the finance team to ensure timely close processes.

Qualificações

• 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and Finance & Accounts processes.
• Good exposure to MIS reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Experience in team handling will be preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounts activities and ensure timely and accurate accounting.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports and provide relevant financial insights to management.
• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Work extensively on SAP for finance and accounting transactions and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data, reporting and closure of accounts.
• Support budgeting, variance analysis and other management reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies and statutory requirements.
• Lead and guide the team in day-to-day finance activities, wherever applicable.

Job Summary
