Role Purpose

We are looking for a strong hands‑on finance professional capable of establishing financial discipline, banking control, compliance hygiene, and structured reporting across a growing manufacturing organization. The role requires practical command over accounts, banking, receivables, debt management, compliances, cost control, financial planning, and operational finance governance.

Financial Control & Reporting

• Finalisation of books of accounts, MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Maintain due‑diligence-level documentation and audit‑ready financial records.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, profitability, and fund utilisation.

Banking & Debt Management

• Handle CC limits, stock statements, drawing power, BG/LC documentation, repayments, and lender compliances.
• Coordinate with banks for renewals, restructuring, enhancement, and working capital management.
• Verify stock statements and support banking audits and observations.

Receivables, Recovery & Cost Optimisation

• Strictly monitor receivables and recover outstanding dues.
• Revive old pending receivables and improve collection cycles.
• Drive cost optimisation and financial discipline across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Handle GST, TDS, PT, ROC, and statutory compliances.
  • Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and bank audits.
  • Prepare replies for notices, reconciliations, and compliance queries.
  • Ensure timely filing of returns and proper statutory documentation.
• Export–Import & Documentation
  • Handle export/import documentation, remittances, DGFT, FEMA/RBI compliances, and banking documentation.
• SOPs & Financial Systems
  • Build finance‑driven SOPs and internal control systems across departments.
  • Strengthen approval systems, audit trails, documentation standards, and accountability.
  • Support ERP discipline and management reporting systems.
• Financial Planning & Projects
  • Prepare CMA data, project reports, projections, and funding proposals.
  • Support due diligence and financial data preparation for lenders, investors, or strategic transactions.
