Job summary

ZF Steering Gear (INDIA) Ltd. in Pune is seeking an experienced Executive – Accounts with 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably from the manufacturing sector.

The role requires strong SAP knowledge and a solid grounding in accounting principles and financial reporting. The candidate will manage day-to-day accounting, fixed assets, receivables, budgets, and reconciliations, while supporting audits, compliance, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• CA Inter / M.Com / MBA Finance / CMA qualification.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounts.
• Preferably from manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including ledger and journal entries in SAP.
• Manage Fixed Asset Accounting and Depreciation.
• Handle customer receivables and overdue monitoring.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements, reports and budgets.
• Perform bank and financial reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards and regulations.
• Support financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Conduct internal reviews and ensure adherence to internal controls.
• Support accounting systems and other finance-related projects.
