Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a senior Civil/Interior project manager to oversee large manufacturing plant interior and civil works. You will coordinate with architects, consultants, and cross-functional teams to drive pre-execution planning and on-site execution.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of HVAC/Electrical related to interior works, and familiarity with MCGM statutory processes. Strong collaboration skills and site leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Min. 9-10 years’ experience with Project/construction management in Interior/ Civil construction projects.
• Experience with Civil/Interior works in manufacturing plants is preferable.
• Knowledge of statutory approvals with MCGM and hands-on experience with the statutory process.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely project execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify and scrutinize capital interior projects across Pan India for M&M Ltd.
• Coordinate with consultants/architects for pre-execution activities and BOQ/tendering.
• Participate in pre-bid technical discussions with sourcing, accounts, architects and consultants.
• Coordinate with Contract cell/Asset management for PO/WO release and with vendors for site execution.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site progress review reports and lead status meetings.

Job description

• Identification/scrutiny of Capital Nature Office Interior Projects across Pan India of M&M Ltd.
• Project Conceptualization, Budgeting & Planning.
• Coordination with various consultants/architects for pre-execution activities (BOQ preparation/tendering)
• Participation in pre-bid technical discussion along with the other teams. (Sourcing/Accounts/Architect/Consultants)
• Coordination with Contract cell/Asset management dept. for PO/WO release.
• Coordination with various vendor for site execution as per planned schedule and budget.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly site progress review Reports/Meetings with user/management.
• Checking & Validation of works (Civil/interior) Measurement for all executed projects.
• Understanding of Civil engineering codes and standards
• Knowledge and experience working with various operating systems.
• Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan.
• Hands on knowledge of HVAC/Electrical related to interior works.
