Genpact is hiring a Manager - F&A with R2R responsibilities in Gurugram. The role focuses on managing daily R2R operations, ensuring precise financial reporting and reconciliations, and driving process improvements and automation.

You will also engage with clients and mentor junior staff. Ideal candidates have strong data analytics, finance, and reporting skills, plus English proficiency, and relevant certifications or degrees in finance or accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level education in accounting/commerce/economics/finance.
• Master's in Finance preferred or CMA/CFA certifications.
• Professional certifications such as CPA/CIMA (if applicable) valued.
