Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Associate - F&A with R2R expertise to join our finance operations in India. You will review day-to-day activities, support month-end close, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, GL reconciliations, and SOX compliance, while identifying opportunities for process improvements.

The role offers exposure to global clients, a hybrid work model in India, and a path to advanced AI-enabled finance transformations within Genpact's AI Gigafactory and continuous learning programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance required.
• Professional certifications CFA, CPA or CRCM highly desirable.
• Experience in account maintenance, reconciliations and R2R processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including reconciliations, journal entries and reports.
• Support month-end close, fixed assets maintenance and intercompany accounting.
• Coordinate bank and investment reconciliations, general ledger closings and SOX compliance.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
