Job summary

Qualifications

Experience: 7–12 Years in B2B / Export Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented export sales manager to drive our international business growth, develop new markets, acquire global customers, and strengthen our export presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive export sales, revenue, margin, and customer acquisition targets.
• Identify and develop new international markets, distributors, agents, and key accounts.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline from qualified lead to confirmed order.
• Build strong relationships with international customers and generate repeat business.
• Coordinate samples, trials, technical discussions, and new product opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and handle B2B commercial negotiations, pricing, and payment terms.
• Maintain market, competitor, and pricing intelligence.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Export Documentation, Dispatch, and Accounts for smooth order execution.
• Maintain CRM, sales forecasts, enquiry pipeline, and structured customer follow-ups.
• Guide the Export Sales team and support continuous improvement in sales execution.
