Qualification: Degree in business administration, industrial management, or a related field Experience: 5 – 10 years’ experience in heading factory operation (managerial or supervisory role) Travel: Appx. 5% depending on the job need. Job Profile:Oversee daily factory operations and production processesEnsure adherence to quality standards and safety regulationsCoordinate with different departments to streamline productionManage factory staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluationsImplement cost-effective production strategiesMonitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlinesConduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipmentDevelop and enforce factory policies and proceduresResolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the factoryMaintain accurate production records and reportsCollaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materialsImplement and monitor continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with environmental and health regulationsPrepare and manage the factory budgetProvide leadership and direction to improve overall factory performancePreferred qualifications & skillsStrong understanding of production processes and techniquesExcellent leadership and team management skillsProven ability to implement process improvementsKnowledge of safety and compliance regulationsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesKnowledge of production management principlesProficiency in ERP softwareYokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
