Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks a BE/BTech engineer for Thermal Power Plant projects, focusing on BTG systems, structural GA interpretation, and erection sequencing. You will lead rigging, crane operations, welding and bolting, while ensuring quality, EHS compliance and proper documentation.

Role involves interface coordination with multiple teams, material identification, crane planning, and heavy equipment utilization.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech degree required.
• Experience in Thermal Power Plant and BTG systems preferred.
• Proficiency in structural GA interpretation and erection sequencing.
• Experience in rigging, lifting and crane operations.
• Quality control including welding, bolting and NDT practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate erection activities with EHS, quality and QA teams.
• Interpret GA drawings and apply erection methodologies with correct sequencing.
• Manage subcontractors, material reconciliation and crane operations.
• Ensure documentation and records are maintained for mechanical completion.
